📋 Description

• Define and lead the technical direction for the complete Applications Portfolio.

• Serve as a vital mentor and coach to senior engineering professionals.

• Collaborate extensively with Product leadership to shape and guide roadmaps.

• Ensure alignment and clarity among teams regarding objectives, outcomes, and timelines for complex projects.

• Lead the transformation of application architecture from a 'feature factory' approach to a platform-oriented system.

• Work closely with Design Systems teams to define and influence the development of shared UI components.

• Identify and mitigate systemic technical risks, enforce design principles, and elevate standards through active technical reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience (15+ years) as a senior/principal-level software engineer with profound knowledge of Frontend architecture and large-scale application systems.

• Proven success in leading technology transformation initiatives across organizations with 80+ engineers.

• In-depth understanding of modern API design (REST, GraphQL) and its implementation in highly distributed, agentic environments.

• Demonstrated experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar agent-integration methodologies.

• Strong product-oriented mindset: a proven history of collaborating with Product leaders to address complex customer challenges with a customer-centric approach.

• Capability to balance overarching architectural strategy with practical, production-level coding.

• Extensive experience in evaluating and adopting new frontend technologies and frameworks, skillfully balancing innovation with long-term sustainability.

• Proven history of designing and scaling robust frontend architectures that accommodate high-traffic, complex user interfaces across large datasets.
