This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver specialized clinical, technical, and product assistance for Medtronic’s vascular offerings.

• Assist sales representatives by providing coverage during critical cases and offering technical support to physicians.

• Support therapies related to peripheral arterial, venous, embolization, carotid, and fistula procedures.

• Conduct customer education through personalized training sessions, in-service programs, case support, and participation in conferences.

• Collaborate with sales representatives, managers, and cross-functional teams to implement district business strategies.

• Provide timely technical and procedural assistance for urgent customer requirements and complex scenarios.

• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, administrators, clinicians, and key stakeholders.

• Recognize customer needs, address concerns, and relay market feedback and product insights.

• Oversee inventory performance through audits, resolution of discrepancies, consignment support, and optimization of product availability.

• Organize product launches, inventory transitions, and field initiatives.

• Assist in inventory management, collection of purchase orders, training initiatives, and other business operations.

• Execute physical field and clinical tasks, including lifting, prolonged standing/walking, bending, and wearing lead protection gear.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma with a minimum of 14 years of experience in healthcare, field sales, or roles utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing.

• Associate’s Degree with at least 12 years of experience in healthcare, field sales, or roles utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing.

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare, field sales, or roles utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing.

• Candidates must reside within the designated territory.

• Willingness to travel to various customer accounts within the region up to 50% of the time.

• A valid driver's license, active insurance, and a driving record that complies with company standards are required.

• Ability to work and/or travel beyond standard business hours, including limited evening and weekend availability.

• Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and the medical device industry.

• Strong project management capabilities and experience in coordinating programs.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks/projects while adhering to deadlines.

• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a qualification that meets 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.

• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. using both hands.

• Capability to sit, stand, and walk for over 8 hours daily.

• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and maintain balance on a regular basis.

• Willingness to work in clinical settings with risks of exposure to infectious diseases and radiation.

• Capacity to wear 7–9 lbs. of lead for extended durations.

• Proficiency in using computers and mobile devices.

• Vision capabilities essential for supporting patient care and field responsibilities.

• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hiring and throughout employment is mandatory for positions below the Principal level.
