This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.
• Deliver expert clinical, technical, and product support for Medtronic’s vascular offerings.
• Assist sales representatives during critical situations and offer technical advice on the safe and effective use of products.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams in the areas of peripheral arterial, venous, embolization, carotid, and fistula therapies.
• Educate clients through personalized training sessions, in-service programs, case support, and participation in conferences.
• Work together with sales representatives, managers, and cross-functional teams to develop district business plans and strategic goals.
• Provide quick procedural and technical assistance for urgent customer inquiries and complex cases.
• Foster relationships with physicians, administrators, clinicians, and key decision-makers.
• Identify customer requirements, address concerns, and convey market feedback and product insights.
• Manage inventory performance through audits, resolving discrepancies, consignment support, and optimizing product availability.
• Coordinate product launches, inventory transitions, and field initiatives.
• Assist in inventory management, purchase order collection, training programs, and related business processes.
• Operate in clinical settings while utilizing computers and mobile devices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma with a minimum of 14 years of work experience, or an Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years, or a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years.
• Experience in healthcare, field sales, or working with complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing.
• Must reside within the assigned Salt Lake City/Boise territory.
• Willingness to travel to multiple customer accounts throughout the region, up to 50% of the time.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, active insurance, and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Availability to work and/or travel outside of standard business hours, including occasional evening and weekend shifts.
• Preferred thorough knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry.
• Strong project management skills and experience in coordinating programs preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines preferred.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, the degree must comply with 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• Capability to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently with both hands.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for more than 8 hours a day, along with regular bending, stooping, squatting, and maintaining balance.
• Ability to work in clinical environments with eye protection, infectious diseases, radiation, and 7–9 lbs. of lead.
• Necessary vision capabilities for patient care and field-based tasks.
• Positions below the Principal level require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.
