This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and/or direct significant and intricate cost proposals typically valued at $50M and above.
• Utilize financial analysis and government pricing techniques to develop complex business proposal solutions, primarily in support of professional services.
• Compose and finalize cost/price proposal narratives in accordance with the criteria outlined in RFP Section L.
• Formulate advanced pricing strategies and conduct risk and cash flow analyses.
• Create and present price assumptions, financial summaries, and risk evaluations to senior leadership prior to proposal submission.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Subcontracts, HR, Finance, and other functional support teams to produce compliant and persuasive price proposals.
• Ensure alignment of proposal efforts with Section M RFP criteria and the growth/profit objectives of the Business Unit.
• Conduct quality assurance evaluations of proposals.
• Generate special reports and analyses for audits and departmental administration.
• Support other pricing analysts during periods of high demand.
• Mentor less experienced team members on compliance-related matters.
• A Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant federal government pricing experience.
• In-depth understanding of direct government pricing practices, cost and price analysis, along with FAR and CAS regulations.
• Experience in managing subcontractor data requests and price proposals to support prime contractor pricing strategies.
• Proficiency in writing cost/price proposal narratives and responding to pricing evaluation notices, final proposal revisions, etc.
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication abilities.
• Robust analytical skills and business acumen for making informed financial analysis decisions and recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Capability to function effectively within a team environment.
• Experience in managing and/or mentoring junior to mid-level pricing analysts.
• Familiarity with Federal Government Price to Win analysis.
• Possession of a Top Secret / SCI clearance (TS/SCI).
