Senior Pricing Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily pricing operations, including the intake, prioritization, and execution of pricing change requests.

• Provide guidance to the field regarding ServiceNow pricing and product models, product configuration, programs, and policies.

• Suggest enhancements to pricing frameworks, processes, and operational methodologies.

• Foster innovation in business models and pricing processes to drive growth.

• Enhance sales effectiveness while ensuring compliance with global pricing policies.

• Cultivate relationships and establish feedback mechanisms with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Product teams.

• Strategize and implement process improvement initiatives related to pricing governance, approvals, and exception management.

• Act as the main point of contact for product managers and partner teams involved in pricing and portfolio reviews.

• Manage pricing and portfolio review documentation, ensuring policies are up-to-date, accessible, and effectively communicated.

• Lead the comprehensive operational rollout of pricing and packaging for significant releases and interim updates, encompassing requirements gathering, cross-functional planning, policy documentation, enablement, and launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in pricing operations or revenue management in roles such as project manager or operations analyst.

• Capability to swiftly grasp technical product details and translate them into effective pricing and packaging solutions.

• Strong intellectual curiosity and a knack for understanding and evaluating business constraints while managing potential risks.

• In-depth knowledge of Cloud Go-To-Market strategies and business models.

• A solid grasp of best practices in business process management.

• Proven track record in managing price portfolios to achieve financial objectives.

• Proficient data analysis skills using Excel.

• Familiarity with dashboarding tools like PowerBI and Qlik.

• Prior experience with CPQ systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills.

• Previous experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and functions.

• Desired: experience in business process design, QA, project management, and/or Agile SDLC methodologies.

• Desired: previous experience with the ServiceNow platform.

• Desired: experience as a user or administrator of cloud-based software solutions.
