Senior Presentation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality, brand-consistent presentation materials within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Quickly familiarize yourself with new brands while adhering to established creative guidelines.

• Collaborate with internal creative and project teams to create, enhance, and finalize presentation deliverables.

• Create presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, and/or Google Slides.

• Construct, enhance, and organize materials utilizing established templates, brand systems, grids, master slides, and approved resources.

• Implement formatting, layout, hierarchy, animation, and visual consistency evaluations.

• Generate charts, diagrams, icons, infographics, and slide sequences based on provided content, sketches, or directives.

• Create or modify presentation assets using Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Provide layout or production suggestions to enhance clarity, presentation quality, or efficiency.

• Communicate progress, inquiries, obstacles, timelines, and file requirements effectively.

• Efficiently apply feedback and facilitate organized transitions in line with Duarte’s quality benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of pertinent experience in presentation design.

• Experience in supporting large-scale events is advantageous.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and provide weekend assistance.

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Keynote, and/or Google Slides.

• Clear and proactive communication with internal teams, including updates on progress and early escalation of issues or obstacles.

• Must demonstrate that engagement with Duarte is not the sole source of income.

• Must provide invoices from at least three other clients offering similar professional services.

• Must possess business insurance of at least $1M or obtain it within three months of commencing work services.

• Must present services externally through an existing website.

• LLC or other business classification and a business license are strongly preferred.
