Senior Presales Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of comprehensive API strategies throughout the entire lifecycle, encompassing design, OpenAPI/Swagger documentation, security policy enforcement, and retirement.

• Collaborate with C-level executives and Enterprise Architects to evaluate the ROI of API-First strategies.

• Act as a subject matter expert on OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and enterprise security governance.

• Design and showcase Developer Portals for both internal and external API discovery and usage.

• Coordinate with cross-functional internal experts for critical Proofs of Concept and intricate RFI/RFP technical responses.

• Illustrate the convergence of API Management, iPaaS, and MDM.

• Guide clients in orchestrating ETL and MDM data flows to produce secure, high-integrity enterprise Golden Records via APIs.

• Lead intricate technical engagements in North America as a principal architect and trusted advisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in API Lifecycle Management and deployment of high-performance API Gateways within complex, distributed environments.

• Profound technical expertise in contemporary identity providers and security frameworks.

• Proven experience in designing solutions utilizing Microservices, Service Mesh, and Event-Driven Architectures (EDA).

• A solid track record of achieving technical alignment in a sales context.

• Exceptional capability to present effectively to executive-level audiences.

• Strong comprehension of the complete data lifecycle.

• Experience with or exposure to ETL/ELT data integration patterns and Master Data Management principles.

• Advanced proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP ecosystems and enterprise API suites such as MuleSoft, Apigee, or Kong.

• Preferred professional certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Architecture, CISSP/CCSP, or TOGAF.

• Expertise in API Lifecycle Management and security/orchestration of AI-driven APIs and LLMs.

• Familiarity with Boomi Integration, Informatica, Talend, and MDM solutions.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States, as compensation is specified for the United States.
