This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Architect and oversee the comprehensive development of Power Apps, which includes Canvas and Model-Driven applications, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI semantic models and reports within GCC High / IL5 environments.
• Design Dataverse data models, security roles, and business logic layers that comply with federal data governance and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) requirements.
• Construct and maintain intricate Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows (RPA), encompassing multi-stage approval processes, API integrations, and robust error-handling frameworks.
• Create and enhance Power BI semantic models utilizing star schema design, DAX measures, and Row-Level Security (RLS) tailored for federal stakeholders.
• Lead integration design between the Power Platform and external systems through custom connectors, REST APIs, and Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault, and Service Bus.
• Collaborate directly with federal agency stakeholders and business owners to collect requirements, manage expectations, and present technical solutions.
• Generate and sustain solution architecture documentation and data flow diagrams.
• Work alongside experts from the ERS Division to deliver solutions in energy, resilience, sustainability, infrastructure security, and data management that support military missions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in Power Platform development within IL5, GovCloud, or similarly regulated environments.
• At least 1 year of experience working within a U.S. federal, DoD, or GCC High / IL5 environment.
• Proven understanding of FedRAMP High compliance requirements.
• Hands-on expertise in Dataverse data modeling, RBAC security roles, business rules, and relationship design.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• An active Secret clearance or higher is preferred at the time of application.
• Previous experience with DoD, DHS, DOE, or other federal agencies involved in energy, infrastructure, or national security missions is preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMC Level 2/3, NIST 800-171, or ITAR-controlled environments is preferred.
• Experience in custom connector development and REST/OData API integration is preferred.
• Background in supporting HR, ITSM (ServiceNow), CRM (Dynamics 365), or other enterprise workflow platforms in a regulated setting is preferred.
• Experience with Power Pages for external-facing federal web solutions is preferred.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate is preferred.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate is preferred.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate is preferred.
• CompTIA Security+ (or an equivalent DoD 8570 certification) is preferred.
• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Azure Administrator certification is preferred.
