AI Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Develop a new platform for Adheris from the ground up.

• Transform architectural designs into an operational platform.

• Leverage agentic AI technologies to deliver at a speed that traditional development cycles cannot achieve.

• Collaborate closely with the Director of Engineering and the AI Platform Engineering team.

• Assist in establishing engineering standards for a greenfield project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong foundational knowledge in production engineering.

• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools in real-world development scenarios.

• A genuine desire to deepen expertise in cloud and data engineering.

• Previous experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated sectors, including handling HIPAA and PHI, is advantageous.
