Senior Power Apps Developer – Power Platform, Microsoft 365

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot business applications utilizing Microsoft Power Apps.

• Create canvas and model-driven applications aligned with business and user needs.

• Construct workflow and process automation using Power Automate.

• Integrate Power Apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, and a variety of other Microsoft 365 data sources.

• Ensure support for role-based security and application access requirements.

• Collect requirements, assess processes, and devise effective technical solutions with stakeholders.

• Assist in application testing, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvement.

• Adhere to agency governance, security, compliance, and data management protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident with a minimum of three consecutive years of U.S. residency since legal entry as an LPR.

• Eligibility to obtain and sustain IRS staff-like access is required.

• Successful completion of the Moderate Risk background investigation and security screening process is mandatory.

• Completion of relevant IRS personnel-security requirements, including fingerprinting, security training, and associated screening, is essential.

• Proven professional experience in supporting U.S. Federal Government programs or federal government clients.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Apps is necessary.

• Practical experience in developing and maintaining Power Apps applications is required.

• Familiarity with both canvas and/or model-driven Power Apps is important.

• Experience in integrating Power Apps with Dataverse and/or SharePoint is preferred.

• Proficiency with Power Automate and workflow automation is essential.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and requirements analysis skills are required.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams is necessary.
