This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
β’ Define, implement, and continually enhance Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) processes.
β’ Align portfolio initiatives with the organization's objectives and strategic goals.
β’ Establish data-driven decision-making and enhance process efficiency.
β’ Create mechanisms to monitor portfolio health and maximize value realization.
β’ Collaborate with business, technology, finance, and transformation teams.
β’ Enhance governance effectiveness, strategic alignment, portfolio transparency, and execution outcomes.
β’ Execute the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of SPM processes.
β’ Promote tool adoption and ensure alignment with guiding principles, governance frameworks, and organizational strategy.
β’ Architect, document, and deliver process communications, governance updates, executive reporting, controls, and strategic recommendations.
β’ Facilitate collaboration among process owners and interfacing teams.
β’ Validate process designs and business requirements to ensure scalability and strategic alignment.
β’ Prioritize the technical backlog for enhancements in portfolio management processes.
β’ Coordinate the alignment between organizational strategy and operational execution, including budgets, resources, investments, and portfolio outcomes.
β’ Define and communicate the process's mission, vision, tactics, goals, objectives, and KPIs.
β’ Oversee portfolio process health and its alignment with strategic priorities, roadmaps, governance policies, and quality standards.
β’ Develop executive-level reports, presentations, business cases, governance materials, and decision-support content.
β’ Provide insights and actionable recommendations regarding portfolio health, performance, value realization, risks, and outcomes.
β’ Support governance forums, strategic planning, leadership reviews, and transformation initiatives.
β’ Advocate for business process changes, governance improvements, and capability investments.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to all policies and standards.
β’ Bachelor's degree and 4β6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience gained through applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skill.
β’ Experience assisting executive leadership teams in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), corporate strategy, business transformation, governance and operating model design, business operations, and organizational effectiveness is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) processes, governance frameworks, organizational strategy, portfolio management, and process improvement.
β’ Ability to identify basic problems and procedural discrepancies, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
β’ Capability to work independently.
β’ Proven analytical skills.
β’ Proven project management skills.
β’ High level of accuracy, even when under pressure.
β’ Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities.
β’ Ability to communicate and provide recommendations to upper management.
β’ Ability to successfully drive multiple projects to completion.
β’ CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred; non-Black Belt certifications will be considered.
β’ Portfolio Management Professional (PMP) or SAFe LPM certification is preferred.
β’ Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI is preferred.
