This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement investment strategies for intricate portfolio transitions and affluent clients.
• Act as the primary contact for newly integrated firms adapting to the investment platform and models.
• Create investment materials for potential clients to foster organic growth.
• Collaborate with Wealth Advisors, Operations, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Trading teams.
• Articulate investment philosophy and available investment strategies.
• Provide timely and proactive updates on portfolio implementation statuses.
• Deliver investment strategies and implementations for Wealth Advisor Teams.
• Lead discussions on various investment subjects.
• Assist new Portfolio Consultants in acquiring knowledge of the investment platform.
• Align Advisor implementation objectives with available investment strategies.
• Draft, assist with, and review analytics, proposals, and deliverables.
• Manage account configuration options, such as cash reserves, rebalancing frequency, and buy/sell restrictions.
• Utilize capital gains tax expertise to transition portfolios within desired time frames.
• Resolve portfolio inquiries and facilitate process enhancements.
• Oversee standardized workflows and investment procedures.
• Handle multiple concurrent portfolio implementations to meet or surpass Service Level Agreements.
• Review implementations against target portfolio goals.
• Supervise implementations for high net worth and ultra high net worth clients.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred, ideally in Business, Economics, Psychology, or Finance.
• CFP® and/or Series 65 certification is mandatory.
• CFA or an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in the financial industry.
• Familiarity with Orion and Morningstar is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced data analytics, is preferred.
• Strong skills and experience in problem-solving.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a highly collaborative mindset.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional early or late hours.
• A dedicated home office or professional work environment free from interruptions.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
