
Senior Pharmacy Network Regulatory Compliance Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Act as the subject matter expert on relevant guidance and regulations.
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance within the Pharmacy Network division.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to convert regulatory requirements into operational processes.
• Initiate necessary system enhancements to comply with regulatory standards.
• Identify, evaluate, and escalate business risks and impacts to senior leadership within the Pharmacy Network.
• Utilize knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations alongside related end-to-end processes.
• Address impacts on members and the pharmacy network, with the potential to extend scope to additional business areas.
• Act as a primary decision-maker for escalated client issues during the resolution of regulatory matters.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including a background in the healthcare sector.
• Experience in a matrix reporting environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Advanced actuarial skills within the healthcare industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing.
• Advanced skills in SQL, OLAP, and SAS.
• Experience in strategic thinking, program management, and process reengineering within a cross-functional setting.
• Proven experience overseeing workstreams across Underwriting, Finance, Client Profitability, Implementation, and Data and Systems.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, along with effective people management and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage, mentor, and inspire a team of highly skilled technical professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Proven record of delivering efficiencies and solutions driven by end-user feedback.
• Experience managing complex workflows in a cross-departmental, team-oriented environment.
• Success in motivating others within a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
