Senior Performance Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Acquire and grow traffic in both Russian-speaking and international markets

• Formulate economically viable growth strategies

• Sustain and enhance our presence in the Russian-speaking market despite regulatory challenges and restrictions

• Identify, test, and expand acquisition channels when established methods cease to be effective

• Manage projects within an environment influenced by censorship and restrictions

• Modify creatives, landing pages, domains, and channels in response to changing conditions

• Make autonomous decisions and drive projects to meet target metrics

• Assemble a team to scale and develop the function

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Russian and English (B2+)

• Over 4 years of demonstrated experience in performance marketing, particularly in international markets

• Capability to analyze personal work and validate results with quantitative data

• Experience with projects subject to restrictions, blocking, or censorship

• Knowledge of navigating barriers in international markets while adhering to platform regulations

• Self-reliance, a focus on outcomes, and accountability for results

• Ability to derive tasks from objectives and OKRs rather than waiting for directions

• Familiarity with PostHog or similar product analytics is a plus

• Experience in building and leading a growth team is advantageous

• Experience in promoting VPNs, mobile applications, or subscription services is a plus
