Senior People Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor to sales and go-to-market leaders by aligning talent priorities with business objectives.

• Assess the needs of teams, managers, and the organization while proposing solutions that align with business goals.

• Lead talent management, compensation and reward initiatives, and retention strategies to minimize attrition in high-volume go-to-market settings.

• Collaborate with Regional People Partners, Program Managers, and Centers of Excellence to create and implement strategic people solutions.

• Promote and integrate Samsara’s cultural principles as the organization expands globally and opens new offices.

• Travel approximately once per quarter for leadership retreats, business strategy discussions, and important team events.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in People Operations.

• Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams (such as sales, customer success, or similar) or broader People experience in conjunction with business partnering.

• Proven experience in utilizing AI to automate routine processes.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifts in focus and direction.

• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and adept problem-solving abilities.

• Experience leveraging data to uncover insights and guide leadership decision-making.

• Strong communication, consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.

• Applicants must reside in the United States or Canada.
