Senior Payroll System Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Implement and coordinate the onboarding of new clients to Mepco.

• Build effective and scalable payroll solutions tailored to client needs.

• Develop payroll processes, automations, and operational models.

• Design integrations and ensure smooth data flows between various systems.

• Enhance reporting and data-driven management solutions.

• Resolve complex system and process issues faced by clients and payroll specialists.

• Share expertise through documentation, training sessions, and coaching.

• Collaborate closely with clients, payroll experts, and experienced colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong Mepco expertise at the user level.

• Experience in project coordination or project management.

• Comprehensive understanding of payroll processes and system solutions.

• Fluent proficiency in English.

• Proactive and solution-oriented working style.

• Willingness to collaborate, mentor others, and share knowledge.

• Experience with other payroll systems is considered an advantage.

• Experience with implementations, integrations, or process development is a plus.

• A higher education degree in a relevant field is advantageous.

• Experience in a consulting environment or in-house role is an added benefit.
