SAP ABAP Developer, Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with the 1LMX (One Lockheed Martin Transformation) initiative

• Enhance and refine payroll operations

• Offer continuous support for Employee Central Payroll extensions and integrations

• Design and maintain solutions utilizing SAP ABAP, Schemas, CPI, and associated technologies

• Address issues during the program's Hypercare phase

• Provide software engineering assistance for software development tasks

• Aid in application integration and troubleshooting efforts

• Conduct scripting and configure SaaS applications

• Facilitate payroll processing, including GL, time files, and payroll execution

• Manage taxes and Employee Central Payroll integrations

• Oversee vendor eligibility and interfaces, such as Conduent and Allegiant

• Support reporting activities

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in SAP ABAP development, testing, and troubleshooting

• Proficiency in building integrations within the SAP CPI platform, including Groovy scripting

• Strong understanding of SAP Payroll, both on-premises and Employee Central Payroll

• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP full life cycle implementations and SAP concepts/capabilities

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with software development principles and the ability to apply them

• Capacity to self-organize and independently complete tasks

• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Strong interpersonal skills and capability to collaborate well in a virtual team

• US citizenship is required due to program specifications

• Experience with Agile development methodologies

• Proficiency with JIRA

• Familiarity with SAP FIORI, UI5, BTP, AL11, and ODATA

• Experience in developing web service integrations
