Senior Payments Technology Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Assist Payment Operations at properties by addressing payment-related queries and troubleshooting with both internal and external support and engineering teams.

• Offer communication and support for properties transitioning to or implementing payment technologies.

• Collaborate with payment providers and internal teams to establish procedures for payment implementation.

• Manage merchant accounts, including KYC, user roles/access, third-party integrations, and end-user functionality.

• Develop internal and external documentation for payment initiatives and capabilities.

• Work alongside payment providers to ensure successful implementation across various payment initiatives.

• Define training specifications, implementation plans, and pilot strategies in collaboration with other teams.

• Establish and audit onboarding processes with payment providers and front office teams.

• Ensure compliance with property management system requirements.

• Communicate with support teams to resolve reported issues and uphold operational guidelines.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing existing practices.

• Provide Payments leadership with insights to define requirements for new capabilities and associated SOPs.

• Manage payment gateway integrations and implementations of payment solutions.

• Oversee operational procedures for payment technology solutions.

• Develop implementation guidelines for onboarding and installing payment technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in Technology, hospitality, or a related field.

• Experience in Payments Technology, encompassing merchant onboarding (KYC), hardware installation and configuration, third-party integrations, payment provider customer portals, and product support.

• Familiarity with payment integrations to property management systems.

• Proven experience in leading end-user training.

• Strong proficiency in communicating with diverse audiences across various media.

• Exceptional project management skills.

• Experience with Excel, including the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, including the creation of informative presentations.

• Knowledge of support platforms such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Jira, and Confluence.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

• Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree with 2+ years of Technology-related experience, or a High School Degree/GED with 4+ years of Technology-related experience.

• Experience leading implementations of payment systems.

• Hands-on experience with payment provider conversions.

• Familiarity with Adyen or Elavon payment gateways.

• Proximity to the Memphis office location is advantageous.
