This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the daily planning and execution of affiliate marketing initiatives, including the management of placement materials, tracking, obtaining client approvals, and updating publisher payment interfaces.
• Coordinate project timelines, aid in resource distribution, and contribute to ensuring that deliverables are achieved.
• Generate performance reports while maintaining continuous communication with affiliates.
• Independently conduct publisher meetings, providing clear next steps and key takeaways.
• Oversee campaigns from start to finish, encompassing recruitment, optimization, partner communication, and the creation of launch assets.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through consistent email and phone engagement.
• Understand client account challenges, objectives, and industry trends while pinpointing opportunities for performance enhancement.
• Analyze data to discern trends and insights that support data-driven decision-making.
• Utilize Impact or similar affiliate program management platforms effectively.
• Create client-facing reports and documentation.
• Support client presentations, including taking notes and managing follow-ups.
• Take ownership of client issues, collaborating with senior team members and Account Directors to resolve them efficiently.
• Proactively escalate issues and leverage available resources to ensure tight resolution timelines.
• At least 1 year of experience in affiliate or partnership marketing; experience in an agency setting is advantageous.
• Proficient in working directly with data, generating reports, identifying trends, and translating numerical data into compelling narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable participating in client calls and confident in producing clear, professional summaries.
• Proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• A genuine interest in the affiliate marketing sector and a strong desire to continue learning.
• Capability to follow tasks through to completion.
• Proficient in Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to extrapolate and summarize data in order to optimize processes, make decisions, and present insights to clients.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status in the United States.
