This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assist strategic partners in developing unique and scalable Identity Security businesses utilizing the Palo Alto Networks IDIRA portfolio.
• Define and enhance the Identity Security practice strategies for partners.
• Convert IDIRA capabilities into consistent partner offerings, consulting services, and managed services.
• Create reusable reference architectures, service designs, and implementation blueprints.
• Advise partners on the necessary technical capabilities, skills, and resources required to launch and expand their offerings.
• Support key engagements where technical validation helps establish repeatable market processes.
• Act as the senior technical point of contact for strategic partners.
• Provide architectural advice on PAM, IGA, machine identity, secrets management, cloud identity, and AI identity.
• Link partner go-to-market and commercial ambitions with the necessary technical architecture, resources, and capabilities.
• Ensure partner solutions align with Palo Alto Networks' platform strategy.
• Promote the IDIRA platform to partner architects and technical leaders.
• Develop reusable technical resources, including reference architectures, service designs, design guides, deployment patterns, best-practice documentation, and technical accelerators.
• Collaborate with Alliance Managers, Partner Directors, and GTM leaders to identify and develop partner offerings.
• Support strategic customer engagements where partner architecture is critical for validating or scaling new initiatives.
• Gather feedback from partners and field teams for Product Management and Engineering improvement.
• Identify gaps in products, architecture, or operating models that may hinder partner scalability.
• Over 5 years of experience in senior technical, architecture, or consulting roles within cybersecurity or identity domains.
• Strong expertise in PAM and broader Identity Security concepts.
• Practical experience with IGA, machine identity, secrets management, and cloud identity.
• Solid background in enterprise and cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience engaging with senior technical stakeholders, including architects, Product, and Engineering leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to shape reusable architectures, joint solutions, managed services, or partner offerings.
• Strong capability to connect technical architecture with business value, partner strategy, and monetization.
• Excellent communication skills suitable for both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with an Identity Security vendor such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft.
• Background working with or within GSIs, MSPs, or large consulting firms.
• Experience in designing managed security services.
• Proven track record of creating technical reference architectures or service blueprints successfully adopted at scale.
• Experience in influencing product direction through customer or partner engagement.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI and AI Security concepts.
