Senior Partner Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Work alongside Snowflake's Partner, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams to advocate for and implement the best solutions in collaboration with partners.

• Create and conduct technical training sessions, workshops, and certifications aimed at enhancing the skills of partner teams regarding Snowflake architecture and best practices.

• Collaborate with partners to develop industry-specific solutions and accelerators, including frameworks for data migration, industry data models, and Power of N initiatives.

• Represent Snowflake at various events and partner gatherings, lead hackathons, and promote awareness and adoption of Snowflake within partner organizations.

• Partner with organizations on strategic customer interactions to identify use cases, deliver presentations, execute proofs of concept (POCs), and ensure favorable results.

• Manage the technology roadmap in partnership with collaborators to establish and expand Snowflake practices utilizing reference architectures and delivery methods.

• Advocate for the needs of partners and customers within Snowflake's product teams.

• Be prepared to travel up to 50% within India to assist with partner enablement, support deals, and participate in marketing events.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the industry.

• Proven experience collaborating with Global Systems Integrators, Regional System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and Technology Partners in the region.

• A recognized thought leader in the data domain within the partner ecosystem.

• Comprehensive understanding of partner revenue models, industry priorities, and challenges faced.

• Experience in designing and constructing highly scalable data pipelines utilizing Spark and Kafka.

• Strong foundational knowledge of SQL and data warehousing; experience with cloud data warehouses is preferred.

• Familiarity with Snowflake Technology Partners focused on Data Engineering, Data Science, Collaboration, and Cyber Security.

• Practical experience with DevOps and CI/CD processes and tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and Google Cloud Build.

• Extensive experience with Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud platforms and their associated tools.

• Experience with big data or cloud integration technologies such as Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, and AWS Lambda.

• Experience in AI/ML use cases is an advantage.

• Capability to present information effectively to both technical and executive audiences.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% within India.
