
Senior Partner Relationship Manager, NetSuite Ecosystem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Manage a designated portfolio of NetSuite implementation and consulting partners across Referral to Platinum tiers.
• Oversee partner relationships from start to finish, which includes recruitment, onboarding, tier advancement, joint pipeline management, and quarterly business reviews.
• Take responsibility for both sourced and influenced pipeline while ensuring accurate attribution data.
• Collaborate with NetSuite direct by fostering relationships with NetSuite Account Executives and solution consultants.
• Recruit and establish connections with accounting advisory and finance transformation firms, including Client Accounting Services practices and outsourced accounting teams.
• Cultivate relationships in the private-equity channel and explore standardization opportunities for portfolio companies.
• Assist in scaling outsourced delivery, enabling certified partners to implement Charted autonomously, including setting commercial terms, readiness standards, and partner qualifications.
• Offer field intelligence regarding product gaps, competitive actions, and pricing challenges.
• Evaluate partner performance and identify growth barriers, including enablement, economics, delivery confidence, or product knowledge.
• Conduct initial meetings with key accounts and formulate growth strategies.
• Advance partners through tiers and establish repeatable co-selling processes with NetSuite representatives.
• Project new business using reliable partner attribution data.
• Report directly to the VP of Partnerships.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in partnerships, channel, or alliances within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Several years of experience managing revenue-generating partner relationships, beyond mere program operations.
• Direct experience within an ERP ecosystem, with a strong preference for NetSuite.
• Proven ability to generate partner-sourced pipeline from the ground up, with quantifiable results.
• Proficient understanding of finance and accounting workflows, including invoice approvals and three-way matching.
• Experience in negotiating partner agreements and margin structures with executives and C-level personnel.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Low tolerance for inaccurate attribution data.
• Existing connections within the NetSuite partner community or NetSuite direct sales are a plus.
• Experience with private-equity-backed or multi-entity clients is advantageous.
• Independent thinker with a proactive attitude towards customer relationship management.
• Capable of producing high-quality, clearly written documentation.
• Highly responsive communication skills with both customers and teammates.
