
Senior Partner Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
β’ Implement lifecycle marketing initiatives for partners, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and growth.
β’ Create and oversee partner nurture campaigns, email communications, newsletters, and targeted engagement strategies.
β’ Assist in partner onboarding efforts to expedite time-to-first-opportunity and time-to-first-sale.
β’ Encourage participation in partner training, certifications, incentive programs, MDF activities, co-marketing efforts, and partner events.
β’ Collaborate with Channel Sales, Partner Enablement, and Marketing teams to pinpoint lifecycle milestones and engagement prospects.
β’ Categorize partner audiences based on partner type, performance, engagement, geography, and business goals.
β’ Manage campaign execution using marketing automation, CRM, and partner management platforms.
β’ Monitor, analyze, and report on lifecycle metrics such as engagement, activation, program adoption, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
β’ Identify opportunities for optimization from performance data to enhance partner journeys and campaigns.
β’ Assist in organizing partner-facing webinars, virtual events, workshops, and enablement programs.
β’ Maintain documentation, reporting, and operational processes for campaigns to ensure scalability and effectiveness.
β’ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
β’ 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, lifecycle marketing, partner marketing, channel marketing, demand generation, or a similar area.
β’ Proven experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and nurture programs.
β’ Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
β’ Strong skills in project management, communication, and organization.
β’ Demonstrated capability to analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing reporting tools.
β’ Background checks are mandatory for this role.
