This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with System Integrator partners.

• Enhance and expand collaboration between Snowflake and its partners to drive growth.

• Create joint go-to-market strategies, strategic objectives, target markets, industry solutions, and offerings.

• Meet partnership objectives, including sales quotas and marketing initiatives.

• Assess partner expertise, capabilities, and quality of delivery.

• Establish certification growth plans and assist in partner enablement.

• Build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at partner organizations.

• Oversee the alliance development lifecycle and manage the comprehensive partner relationship.

• Collaborate with product development, sales, sales engineering, professional services, legal, and marketing teams.

• Relay partner and customer feedback to foster continuous improvement.

• Organize and implement co-marketing activities, events, webinars, and content creation.

• Support partners with deal registration, proposal assistance, reporting, and alignment of sales processes.

• Monitor the performance of assigned partners against specific metrics.

• Juggle multiple priorities while supporting solution development with technical experts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).

• At least 10 years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development within the technology sector.

• A minimum of 5 years in channel sales or channel program management with responsibility for achieving revenue targets.

• Proven track record of success and established relationships with Snowflake’s System Integrators.

• Capability to manage global and regional business plans and effectively track and communicate partner progress.

• Strong executive presence and professionalism.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Well-developed problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in organizing priorities within a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with cloud environments is preferred.

• Travel required: estimated at 25–50% (variable).
