Senior Paid Social Media Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Strategize, initiate, oversee, and enhance paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit, with a primary focus on Meta.

• Oversee budgets, target audiences, funnel segmentation, media planning, and testing strategies that align with objectives for lead generation, sales, and signups.

• Create frameworks for creative testing and convert campaign requirements into briefs for static, video, UGC, and motion content at the TOF, MOF, and BOF stages.

• Establish and verify conversion tracking, including pixels, CAPI, and platform events, while utilizing attribution tools to assess campaign effectiveness.

• Examine advertising and CRM data to uncover creative successes, identify funnel gaps, detect lead quality trends, and discover scaling opportunities.

• Generate performance reports and relay insights, KPI outcomes, and optimization suggestions to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Work in conjunction with creative, CRO, SEO, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and performing well.

• Assist with the setup, tracking, QA, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of direct experience in managing paid social campaigns.

• Extensive experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign creation, testing, budget management, and audience handling.

• Familiarity with at least one additional platform: TikTok, Pinterest, or Reddit.

• Proven capability to brief, test, enhance, and scale creative content for optimal performance.

• Strong grasp of full-funnel planning, encompassing TOF, MOF, and BOF strategies.

• Expertise in performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, MER, and indicators of funnel health.

• Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or GoHighLevel for cross-referencing advertising and lead data.

• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

• Experience with third-party attribution platforms such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Wicked Reports is advantageous.

• Strong Google Ads experience across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and/or Shopping is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Shopify, or similar eCommerce platforms is a plus.

• Previous agency experience managing multiple accounts is desirable.

• Strong skills in spreadsheets and reporting tools such as Google Sheets and Looker Studio.

• Interest in utilizing AI tools to assist with media planning and buying processes is a plus.
