Senior Paid Search Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement SEM strategies that align with client goals

• Perform keyword research and conduct competitive analysis

• Create and oversee campaign budgets and forecasts

• Establish a testing roadmap and continuously enhance clients’ SEM initiatives

• Collaborate with the team to produce detailed Quarterly Business Reports

• Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new technologies

• Design, optimize, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads

• Craft and refine ad copy to achieve optimal click-through rates

• Configure and enhance landing pages for improved conversion rates

• Execute A/B tests and other optimization methods

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools

• Produce regular KPI reports and assess campaign effectiveness

• Offer insights and suggestions for ongoing enhancements

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand their business objectives

• Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns

• Suggest and implement new strategies and tools as necessary

• Collaborate with digital health and e-commerce clients as well as internal teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

• Demonstrated experience (typically 5+ years) in managing Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns

• Certification in Google Ads and other pertinent digital advertising platforms

• Experience in a Marketing Agency is essential

• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data analysis tools

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Experience in leadership and team management

• Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is advantageous

• Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics

• Must reside in the USA
