Paid Media Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Execute paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google, encompassing Performance Max and branded search.

• Establish, launch, and enhance paid media campaigns for optimal results.

• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly budgets while developing projections for spending and revenue.

• Assess performance against KPIs and pinpoint opportunities to enhance efficiency, customer acquisition, conversion, and ROAS.

• Generate creative briefs and ad copy files for paid media, collaborating with the Marketing team on creative direction.

• Discover opportunities for new UGC and creator-driven content for paid acquisition, including recommending creative concepts, hooks, formats, and testing strategies.

• Conduct testing across audiences, creative elements, and campaigns to boost performance.

• Monitor and analyze paid media performance utilizing GA4 and Shopify data.

• Perform comprehensive funnel analysis and deliver regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team on onsite initiatives that could influence paid media performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in managing paid media, ideally within an eCommerce context.

• Experience in the beauty industry is preferred.

• Proficiency with Meta, Google Ads (including Google Performance Max and branded search), and TikTok.

• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven mindset, with expertise in paid media metrics and analytics tools.

• Experience in managing budgets, testing campaigns, and optimizing for performance KPIs.

• Capability to lead key workstreams and drive initiatives from strategic planning to execution.

• Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
