Paid Social Designer – Statics, Motion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Create static advertisements for Meta across various placements including feed, stories, and reels.

• Develop short motion advertisements and animated versions of static ads, incorporating product animations, kinetic typography, and straightforward UGC-style edits.

• Transform creative briefs into numerous concepts and variations for experimentation.

• Refine successful advertisements by introducing new hooks, headlines, layouts, offers, and visuals.

• Collaborate with the growth team to analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS to determine future tests.

• Keep track of competitors and trends in the CPG and supplement advertising sectors, introducing innovative ideas.

• Ensure brand consistency while striving for creative work that delivers strong performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience designing paid social advertisements, preferably for CPG or DTC brands.

• A portfolio showcasing Meta ads that have been published, rather than just speculative work.

• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator, and/or Figma.

• Comfortable with motion graphics tools such as After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar software.

• Capable of producing a high volume of quality variations rapidly.

• Understanding of the fundamentals of performance marketing and the significance of a compelling first frame.

• Ability to accept feedback constructively and utilize data to inform creative choices.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Experience in the supplements, food, beverage, or beauty industries.

• Familiarity with AI image and video tools within a production workflow.

• Experience designing for additional paid channels such as TikTok, YouTube, or Google.

• Basic copywriting abilities for crafting headlines and hooks.
