This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Strategize, execute, and enhance paid acquisition campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Maintain a balanced approach to paid acquisition efforts in both the US and international markets.

• Develop AI-generated video and static advertisements at scale.

• Oversee campaign schedules, budgets, and reporting activities across various markets.

• Conduct structured tests on creative elements, target audiences, and messaging, and scale successful outcomes.

• Enhance conversion rates from paid traffic by optimizing landing pages, ensuring ad-to-page relevance, and improving paid CVR, in collaboration with Product and Design teams.

• Work alongside Design, Tech, Clinical, Growth, and Marketing teams.

• Present performance metrics and strategic plans directly to senior executives, including market General Managers.

• Create and manage reports on ROAS, CAC, and CVR across multiple channels and markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience managing paid acquisition on Meta and Google (LinkedIn experience is a plus), with a successful history of budget management and achieving targets.

• Experience in B2C or B2B2C environments is advantageous.

• Proven track record of creating AI-driven ad visuals, both video and static, at scale; please provide examples.

• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, PPT/Slides, and the native reporting tools of paid advertising platforms.

• Experience collaborating directly with senior stakeholders or leadership, and the ability to present and defend decisions at that level.

• Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English, with experience working across different time zones.

• Proficiency in Portuguese and/or German is an added advantage.

• AI proficiency at least Level 1: Explorer — utilizes AI daily to enhance personal productivity.

• Valid EU visa required.

• Based in Portugal.
