Senior Oracle ERP Cloud Consultant – Financials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Comprehend customer stakeholder goals and objectives to envision success.

• Assist clients in aligning their business with Oracle’s premier industry processes.

• Contribute to project plans and deliver regular progress updates.

• Collaborate with customers to design and develop Oracle Cloud prototypes.

• Grasp and convey solution alternatives along with the rationale behind decisions.

• Configure, document, and test Oracle Cloud solutions effectively.

• Log Oracle service requests and ensure their resolution.

• Identify risks, assess options, and recommend and implement solutions to circumvent project obstacles.

• Mentor and guide customer and ArcLight project teams to ensure quality task completion.

• Meet or surpass commitments concerning schedule and quality standards.

• Continuously enhance ArcLight’s delivery model and resources to boost project delivery efficiency.

• Expand knowledge of Oracle Cloud, sales, and delivery methodologies.

• Deepen understanding of software industry trends, customer sectors, and Oracle modules and features.

• Attain and maintain Oracle Implementation certifications.

• Travel up to 25% for on-site client requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of implementation experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.

• Preferred implementation experience in Project Accounting and/or Procurement Cloud.

• Familiarity with finance, accounting, project management, and/or procurement business processes.

• Functional experience in implementing Oracle ERP Cloud with direct client interactions.

• Experience in facilitating global design workshops.

• Proficient in configuring Oracle Cloud in accordance with Oracle best practices.

• Ability to identify application gaps and offer recommendations for resolution.

• Experience in completing functional designs.

• Capability to provide Oracle Cloud process guidance and training.

• Experience in creating and executing test plans.

• Skilled in presenting complex ideas clearly and succinctly.

• Familiarity with bug fixes and customer support processes.

• Ability to communicate the trade-offs and recommendations of processes and applications for specific customer needs and user stories.

• Eagerness to work in a creative problem-solving environment with meticulous attention to detail.

• Oracle Certifications in Finance, PPM, and/or Procurement modules.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or its equivalent.

• Proficient in working effectively in a remote model with clients and colleagues.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Capable of providing proof of employment eligibility upon hiring.

• Legally eligible to travel to the United States for necessary business purposes.
