Senior Oracle DBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Manage and maintain production Oracle Database environments

• Oversee users, roles, permissions, and database security

• Create and maintain tables, indexes, views, procedures, packages, and triggers

• Monitor and optimize database performance and SQL queries

• Participate in migrations, upgrades, cloning, and Oracle modernization projects

• Handle imports and exports using Oracle Data Pump and SQL*Loader

• Resolve complex incidents and conduct root cause analysis

• Automate operational tasks using Bash, SQL, and PL/SQL

• Collaborate with development, applications, and infrastructure teams in international environments

• Engage in disaster recovery testing, audits, and compliance activities

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as an Oracle DBA, Oracle Database Engineer, or equivalent positions

• Strong experience managing Oracle Database 19c or higher

• High proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL

• Expertise in Performance Tuning

• Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration

• Knowledge of Linux/Unix

• Experience with Bash scripting

• Background in Oracle migrations and upgrades

• Familiarity with Oracle Data Pump

• Experience with SQL*Loader

• Proven support experience in critical business environments

• Experience in incident, problem, and change management

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
