Junior DBA, Oracle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Junior Oracle DBA on one of the projects at Logicalis Spain

• Manage and maintain Oracle databases

• Install software and apply patches for Oracle versions 12c and 19c

• Perform upgrades of Oracle versions

• Administer legacy and multitenant environments

• Oversee Oracle RAC and DataGuard administration

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience working in Oracle environments

• Practical knowledge in the management and maintenance of Oracle databases

• Experience in software installation and patching for Oracle versions 12c and 19c

• Experience in upgrading Oracle versions

• Experience in administering legacy and multitenant environments

• Knowledge in managing Oracle RAC and DataGuard

• Administration experience from versions 12c to 19c

• Familiarity with Oracle backup tools using RMAN

• Understanding of Oracle RAC

• Experience with DataGuard

• Previous experience with Oracle in a banking environment will be positively valued
