Oracle DBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as an N1 Oracle DBA Specialist.

• Upgrade OEM to version 24AI, modifying existing agents and monitoring configurations while incorporating new monitoring elements.

• Transition Oracle 19c databases to Oracle 26AI, revising backup and recovery routines and procedures.

• Modify Oracle Data Guard environments to automate certain failover and switchover processes.

• Manage, support, and resolve issues on the Oracle platform throughout the duration of the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of higher education.

• Proven experience in administering and upgrading Oracle databases within RAC environments.

• Familiarity with the installation, configuration, and upgrading of Oracle Cloud Enterprise Manager 24AI.

• Understanding of Cloud EM configuration, including the creation of new dashboards and widgets.

• Experience in setting up Oracle database backup and recovery scenarios.

• Proficient in administering and configuring Oracle Data Guard and service-based role scenarios.

• Experience with Exadata environments is preferred.

• Experience with OCI environments is preferred.
