Senior Oracle Cloud Conversion Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions to transition legacy data into Oracle Cloud.

• Create intricate SQL scripts for data transformation purposes.

• Generate reusable conversion templates.

• Oversee data validation initiatives.

• Collaborate with functional consultants to grasp data requirements.

• Engage with client stakeholders to guarantee data integrity.

• Direct the technical design of data conversion methodologies.

• Produce source-to-target mapping documents for complex data entities.

• Develop, test, and refine SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, and ETL processes.

• Manage data load cycles, including Mocks, Dress Rehearsals, and production Cutover.

• Diagnose technical challenges, data discrepancies, and performance issues.

• Design processes for data validation and reconciliation.

• Create scripts and reports to ensure the accuracy and completeness of post-load data.

• Mentor junior data conversion developers and conduct code evaluations.

• Collaborate with functional leads, business analysts, and client SMEs on transformation logic and data cleansing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in data conversion/migration for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, or HCM).

• Expert-level skills in SQL and PL/SQL for complex data extraction, transformation, and validation.

• Demonstrated experience leading technical data conversion projects across multiple project lifecycles.

• Extensive, hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud data loading tools, such as FBDI and HDL.

• Strong knowledge of ETL principles and the complete data migration lifecycle, from analysis to post-go-live support.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
