Senior Oracle CCS Scripting Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Design and tailor Oracle CCS scripting solutions to meet specific needs.

• Execute business rules and implement workflow scripting within Oracle CCS.

• Assess business requirements and create scalable solutions accordingly.

• Diagnose and resolve issues effectively.

• Offer ongoing production support as needed.

• Partner with stakeholders to convey technical solutions clearly.

⛳️ Requirements

• 9–12 years of relevant experience.

• Extensive expertise in Oracle CCS (Customer Care & Billing / Customer Cloud Service) scripting and customization.

• Strong proficiency in Oracle CCS development, including business rules and workflow scripting.

• Experience with SQL/PLSQL and Oracle Database.

• Capability to analyze business needs and develop scalable solutions.

• Solid skills in troubleshooting, debugging, and providing production support.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Previous experience in the Utilities domain is preferred.

• Familiarity with Oracle CCS implementation or upgrade projects is advantageous.
