This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance core sales processes throughout the lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close lifecycle.
• Lead the sales operational rhythm, which includes weekly forecasting meetings, pipeline assessments, deal evaluations, and preparation for Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Oversee the complete sales forecasting process, ensuring forecast accuracy, pipeline integrity, and stage cleanliness.
• Assist in annual and quarterly go-to-market planning, involving territory design, segmentation, account distribution, quota establishment, coverage models, and mid-year adjustments.
• Provide support in deal management and execution by tracking opportunity cleanliness, approvals, and booking procedures.
• Deliver reports and analyses on pipeline health, quota achievement, conversion rates, and representative productivity utilizing Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams on go-to-market strategies, process alignment, and change management initiatives.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for headcount and capacity planning, productivity benchmarks, incentive design, and strategic Sales Operations projects.
• Supply leadership with insights to enhance sales effectiveness and improve revenue predictability.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or a similar field is required.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Strategy, or similar roles that support a quota-carrying sales organization.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce and Excel is essential.
• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools is preferred.
• A comprehensive understanding of end-to-end sales processes and motions, including funnel and conversion dynamics, forecasting methodologies, deal management, territory and quota planning, and compensation mechanics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to convert sales and revenue data into actionable recommendations and process enhancements for leadership.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with robust organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial setting.
• A proactive, inquisitive self-starter with a “get things done” mentality.
• A confident communicator and collaborator with Sales, Operations, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
