This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Act as the main day-to-day business owner for designated International Operations support programs, tools, and partnerships with third parties.
• Oversee vendor relationships, including business reviews, performance discussions, issue resolution, roadmap follow-ups, billing coordination, invoicing processes, stakeholder updates, and action tracking.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic vendor evaluations, contract renewals, and discussions related to business planning.
• Work in partnership with International Operations leaders, Franchise Business Managers, regional teams, franchisees, vendors, and cross-functional business partners.
• Manage operational priorities across various markets and pinpoint opportunities for standardization as well as market-specific adaptations.
• Identify chances to enhance operational efficiency, minimize duplicated efforts, simplify processes, and increase the value of programs.
• Assess emerging tools, technologies, feedback trends, and industry practices.
• Assist with pilot programs, testing initiatives, and new program launches by planning, executing, measuring, and transitioning to ongoing ownership.
• Create and maintain reports, scorecards, dashboards, implementation trackers, and executive-ready summaries.
• Analyze operational, customer, financial, and program performance data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Aid in vendor evaluations and operational initiatives through data analysis, scenario modeling, and performance assessment.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, Project Management, Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in restaurant operations, franchising, multi-unit operations, business analysis, project management, consulting, vendor management, or similar disciplines.
• Proven experience managing projects or programs with defined scopes, timelines, stakeholder groups, risks, and success metrics.
• Experience collaborating with vendors, service providers, external business partners, or cross-functional support teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capability to translate operational data, field feedback, vendor input, and business performance indicators into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with business intelligence, reporting, or data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL, database structures, data querying methods, or data modeling concepts is highly desirable.
• Ability to organize, analyze, and model data effectively.
• Capacity to influence cross-functional partners, field teams, franchisees, and vendors within a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and reporting tools, scorecards, surveys, dashboards, and program tracking resources.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%–20%, including domestic and occasional international travel.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
