This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take responsibility for intricate cross-functional projects from start to finish: define the issues, devise a strategy, align stakeholders, oversee dependencies and risks, make informed decisions, and drive execution to achieve results.
• Deconstruct challenges and opportunities across Growth, Marketing, and Monetization; pinpoint root causes and bottlenecks, evaluate business value, economics, and trade-offs, and propose necessary changes, launches, scaling or cessation of initiatives.
• Examine and reengineer processes, ownership, and collaborative methods among teams; implement new operational mechanisms and working practices.
• Spearhead individual launches and initiatives related to acquisition, creative production, funnels, monetization, and scaling Growth.
• Establish governance structures, repeatable procedures, playbooks, decision-making protocols, and feedback systems between Growth, Marketing, Monetization, and other departments.
• Collaborate daily with senior stakeholders across Growth, Growth Tech, Creative Production, Product, Analytics, Platform, Payments, and Finance, advancing initiatives without formal authority.
• Report directly to the Operations Lead as a senior individual contributor, initially without direct reports.
• 4-6+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Growth Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, or Transformation.
• Background in a large, complex organization or a scale-up environment where you have personally established or significantly enhanced scalable processes, operating models, governance, or cross-functional systems.
• Hands-on experience within a Growth / Performance Marketing framework: paid acquisition, marketing funnels, web2web and/or web2app models, Growth economics, and frequent collaboration with Growth, Performance Marketing, Creative Production, Product, Analytics, and Monetization teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing intricate cross-functional projects from inception to completion, involving numerous stakeholders, dependencies, and high operational complexity.
• Regular engagement with senior stakeholders and decision-making amid high uncertainty and ambiguous ownership.
• Expertise in complex project and program management, problem structuring, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of Growth and performance marketing metrics: paid acquisition, funnel economics, CAC/CPA, ROAS/ROI, LTV, payback, conversion rates, and key drivers of profitable growth; comprehension of the sequence from paid acquisition to creative, funnel, conversion, monetization, and business outcomes.
• Solid business and financial knowledge: unit economics, P&L principles, revenue and cost drivers, contribution margin, ROI, payback, and basic business case modeling; insight into creative testing and scaling logic at the business level.
• Skills in process design and optimization, risk and dependency management, stakeholder engagement, and KPI and metrics development.
• Proficient analytical and spreadsheet capabilities, coupled with strong executive-level written communication skills.
