Senior Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional business processes across various projects and functions.

• Assist in maintaining and supporting the operating model alongside the Head of Project Operations.

• Facilitate collaboration among Product, Platform, Payments, Risk, Compliance, Support, Commercial, and other departments.

• Manage dependencies, action items, deadlines, and the allocation of responsibilities across functions.

• Monitor readiness and progress related to key business initiatives across involved functions.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams through significant project stages.

• Identify obstacles, unresolved risks, and capacity shortages, escalating issues when necessary.

• Lead critical issues and escalations to resolution.

• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and other essential process documentation.

• Ensure all critical tasks have designated ownership, set deadlines, and clear expected outcomes.

• Gather important updates and key performance indicators (KPIs) from functional leads.

• Provide consolidated visibility on open issues, risks, dependencies, and management decisions.

• Deliver a clear overview of project status and progress to management.

• Collaborate with the Head of Project Operations and senior stakeholders on priorities and cross-functional roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Operations, Business Operations, Program Operations, or a related cross-functional role.

• Proven experience in coordinating multiple business functions and stakeholders.

• Strong skills in process and stakeholder management.

• Experience in supporting complex cross-functional projects or business initiatives.

• In-depth understanding of dependencies, ownership, risk tracking, and escalation management.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain processes, SOPs, and checklists.

• Capability to drive progress and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above.

• Experience in iGaming, betting, or online gaming is a plus.

• Familiarity with working across Product, Payments, Risk, Compliance, Support, Commercial, or other business functions is advantageous.

• Experience in establishing operational processes from the ground up is preferred.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar is a plus.

• Experience with business intelligence and reporting systems is an advantage.
