This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily management of comprehensive or co-managed revenue cycle initiatives.

• Cultivate relationships with essential client stakeholders.

• Relay revenue cycle performance and provide relevant updates to client executives.

• Aid internal efforts to enhance KLAS and NPS ratings.

• Supervise and assess the performance of billing staff to achieve KPI goals.

• Ensure optimal staffing levels and conduct audits of inventory processes.

• Collaborate with service teams in areas such as coding, billing, follow-up, denials, clinical denials, credit balance, cash posting, document management, and quality assurance.

• Formulate action plans and manage client escalations.

• Maintain internal trackers for issue escalations as necessary.

• Construct, supervise, and evaluate operational and client-oriented reports.

• Offer actionable insights and ensure alignment with client objectives and organizational goals.

• Approve expenses and timecards for direct reports, including any necessary revisions.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of client systems and payer portals.

• Ensure the availability and effective use of accurate documentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; equivalent professional experience may be accepted in place of a degree.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Capability to manage billing staff performance in line with KPI metrics.

• Proficiency in ensuring adequate staffing levels and auditing inventory processes.

• Experience in collaboration across coding, billing, follow-up, denials, clinical denials, credit balance, cash posting, document management, and quality assurance.

• Skill in developing action plans and managing client escalations.

• Ability to construct, supervise, and analyze operational and client-facing reports.

• Familiarity with client systems and payer portals.

• Competence in managing administrative tasks, including the approval of expenses and timecards, while maintaining accurate documentation.
