This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Serve as the main translator of market intelligence for CMM operations, transforming market trends, payer and formulary changes, and prior-authorization volume fluctuations into actionable operational recommendations.
• Collaborate with the forecasting and intelligence team to pinpoint developments that significantly impact operations and communicate practical implications.
• Create and maintain regular briefings, updates, and reference materials for operational stakeholders, particularly the support center.
• Keep a precise overview of AI tools utilized across CMM operations, encompassing their functions, usage trends, and user groups.
• Report on the adoption of AI tools, efficiency gains, cost savings, and enhancements in capabilities, benchmarking against peer organizations externally.
• Manage a consistent feedback loop between operational users and CMM Product and AI leadership.
• Highlight user experience challenges, friction points, unmet needs, and potential opportunities to guide the AI roadmap.
• Identify adoption gaps and effective practices, sharing insights across operational groups.
• Foster alignment, adoption, and behavioral change through influence and credibility.
• Establish recognized internal expertise in operations intelligence and the application of AI within operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, economics, analytics, health policy, or similar) or equivalent professional experience.
• Generally requires over 7 years of experience in operations, analytics, market intelligence, or strategy.
• Preferred experience within the healthcare, pharmacy access, or payer/PBM sectors.
• Proven ability to translate complex market or technical data into actionable insights for operational audiences.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership and front-line operational teams.
• Strong preference for familiarity with prior authorization, medication access, or specialty pharmacy operations.
• Capability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience in producing regular reports, briefings, or intelligence products.
• Committed to data literacy, integrity, and compliance.
• Proficient understanding of AI/LLM tools and their operational applications and limitations.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of CMM technical platforms, including provider portals and ePA workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Excellent analytical judgment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement is advantageous.
• Background in AI adoption and the application of AI/automation in an operational setting.
• Experience in market intelligence or competitive intelligence is preferred.
