Customer Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Input purchase orders into NetSuite according to order arrival and the requested delivery dates from customers.

• Oversee EDI order support and assist with the onboarding of new customers in collaboration with internal IT.

• Coordinate with Planning to address supply planning challenges and implement order allocations.

• Interact with brokers and buyers to address shifting customer demands.

• Address discrepancies in purchase orders, handle revision requests, and manage stock availability inquiries.

• Generate customer acknowledgments and secure necessary approvals.

• Conduct analyses to assess order size requests.

• Notify customers regarding out-of-stock situations and price adjustments.

• Manage and prioritize requests for sales samples.

• Assist with post-delivery activities for customers and the Sales team.

• Facilitate the execution and delivery of promotional orders.

• Organize product repacking in collaboration with third-party vendors.

• Work with e-commerce teams on the transition of retail packaging to e-commerce formats.

• Offer operational support to mitigate quality-related risks.

• Coordinate customer allocations, back-in-stock timelines, and expedite plans with Quality, Operations, and Sales teams.

• Align shipper forecasts with Demand Planning and manage third-party vendor pack-out schedules.

• Ensure the availability of necessary finished goods and packaging materials, coordinating with Procurement as needed.

• Act as a subject matter expert in order management for the ERP development launch.

• Develop documentation for standard operating procedures.

• Lead initiatives for cross-training in assigned tasks.

• Participate in S&IOP and Demand Planning Consensus Calls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and location.

• Proficiency in NetSuite technical entries related to Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Transfer Orders, customer acknowledgments, and report generation and editing.

• Familiarity with NetSuite processes associated with Purchase Orders, Transfer Orders, and Sales Orders.

• Understanding of the purpose, use, and processes of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).

• Capability to contribute to weekly Demand/Supply Alignment Calls and monthly SIOP meetings.

• Ability to provide insights for forward-looking forecasts during Demand Planning Consensus Calls.
