Senior Operations Engineer – Charging Network

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ensure the IONITY HPC network maintains high availability and quality standards.

• Optimize operational processes for efficiency.

• Assist IONITY Operations with technical analysis and problem-solving related to the IONITY Network.

• Share insights, learnings, and troubleshooting methods regarding IONITY’s HPC Network with both the IONITY team and external support.

• Manage external partners who operate IONITY's HPC Network.

• Guarantee comprehensive monitoring of the IONITY HPC Network, encompassing backend systems, hardware, and communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in engineering or extensive experience as a technician (preferably with an Electrotechnical or IT background).

• Proven experience in managing and analyzing charging infrastructure or similar technology/networks.

• Extensive knowledge of charging infrastructure and charging technology.

• Experienced in remote analysis and resolving technical issues through remote access.

• Solid understanding of IT systems and communication technologies.

• Excellent technical analysis skills.

• Strong capability in knowledge sharing.

• Proficient communication skills in English.

• Professional background in escalation management and SLA tracking.

• Strong interest in technology and proficiency with IT tools.

• Commitment to process enhancement and effective process management skills.

• Team-oriented individual who contributes to a positive working environment.

• Experience in project management and the implementation of IT tools.

• Familiarity with backends, ticketing systems, asset management tools, etc.

• Ability to manage and monitor network-related SLAs with partners and suppliers.

• Excellent written and spoken English language proficiency.
