Senior Online Marketing Manager – SEO, GEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You provide strategic advice on SEO and AI Search to growth-focused companies.

• You take ownership of their organic growth strategy while collaborating within a specialized team.

• You enhance visibility in generative search engines (GEO/AEO).

• You create and refine lead magnets.

• You offer strategic guidance to our Content Strategists.

• You are accountable for content quality assurance and oversee the publishing of content in our clients' CMS.

• You monitor performance and report using HubSpot or other CRM platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, content creation, online marketing, or growth marketing with demonstrated success — ideally with client or stakeholder responsibilities.

• You possess a forward-thinking perspective on the future of Search and are willing to challenge traditional SEO methodologies.

• You focus on business metrics rather than vanity metrics.

• You can seamlessly transition between strategic oversight and tactical execution.

• You confidently navigate clients through complex subjects and communicate effectively with decision-makers.

• Your SEO toolkit is robust (e.g., Semrush, Google Search Console, SurferSEO).

• You are already experienced with ChatGPT, Claude & Co.

• Bonus: Familiarity with AirOps, n8n, Zapier, or Make.

• You are enthusiastic about producing high-quality content for diverse audiences.

• You are fluent in both German and English and are confident in your written communication in both languages.

• You have your tax residence in Germany.
