Senior Online Marketing Manager – SEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the complete lifecycle of your Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns—from initial setup and daily optimization to scaling efforts.

• You will enhance bidding strategies, keywords, and target audiences to sustainably lower CPL and maximize ROAS across your client portfolios.

• You will autonomously manage your client accounts, proactively identifying and implementing growth opportunities early on.

• You will generate insightful reports and formulate clear, strategic recommendations for action tailored to your clients.

• Full-time assistance for the Paid Search team will commence on January 1, 2027.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing data-driven Google Ads campaigns, with a strong emphasis on sales or lead generation.

• You adeptly optimize campaigns based on Cost per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS / KUR), making informed decisions grounded in reliable data rather than intuition.

• You have experience in independently managing accounts with substantial media budgets, ideally within an agency, e-commerce, or B2B setting.

• You are skilled in Smart Bidding strategies, Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns, and possess a foundational understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models.

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and the ability to create clear performance dashboards, such as in Data Studio, is highly preferred.

• You have a strong numerical affinity and a performance-driven marketing mentality.

• High initiative and exceptional organizational skills are more than mere buzzwords to you.

• Familiarity with Amazon Ads is an added advantage.
