This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Promote Pfizer’s comprehensive product portfolio to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Educate healthcare community members on the proper use of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experience and the quality of care.
• Elevate Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers.
• Analyze account and business landscapes to align insights with Pfizer products and resources.
• Advocate for a diverse array of products.
• Drive demand for Pfizer products within assigned accounts.
• Formulate detailed territory, account, and customer plans to meet objectives.
• Sustain relationships across institutions.
• Navigate challenges to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and establish enduring ties with priority customers.
• Evaluate the needs of target physicians and accounts, addressing them with tailored approaches, relevant skills, and appropriate resources.
• Engage, influence, and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate within a matrix environment, leveraging various resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree accompanied by 8+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of pertinent experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and to stay overnight as required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or similar impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or a minimum of 4 years of Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience working with key Oncology thought leaders or high-influence customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven history of success and achievement in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Exceptional ability to learn and communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse customer base.
• Demonstrated high level of business acumen.
• Skilled in using complex digital applications and adaptable to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this role, either now or in the future.
• This position necessitates permanent work authorization in the United States.
