This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote Pfizer’s product range to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Educate healthcare community members on the proper use of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patients’ experiences with Pfizer products and improve overall patient care quality.
• Elevate Pfizer’s brand among high-value target customers by evaluating account and business landscapes and utilizing knowledge of Pfizer products and resources.
• Advocate for a diverse portfolio of products.
• Generate demand for Pfizer products within assigned accounts.
• Create detailed territory, account, and customer plans to meet objectives.
• Maintain relationships across institutions.
• Overcome access challenges to connect with hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Develop relationships with KOLs and foster enduring connections with priority customers.
• Identify target physician and account needs and respond with tailored approaches, specialized skills, and suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate in a matrix environment and utilize various resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• Adapt to innovative methods of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution, or an associate’s degree combined with 8+ years of experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight when necessary.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record in alignment with company standards.
• A minimum of 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience, or at least 4 years of previous Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience collaborating with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven track record of success and achievements in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Exceptional ability to learn and effectively communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse audience.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and adaptable to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• This position mandates permanent work authorization in the United States.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this role now or in the future.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of experience in Oncology sales.
• Preferred: Experience in the Hematology Therapeutic Area.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree.
• Preferred: Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree.
• Preferred: Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
