This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Promote Pfizer's product portfolio to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Educate members of the healthcare community on the proper use of Pfizer products.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patients’ experiences with Pfizer products and improve overall patient care quality.
• Elevate Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers.
• Connect insightful evaluations of the account and business landscapes with a comprehensive understanding of Pfizer products and resources.
• Advocate for a diverse range of products.
• Generate demand for Pfizer products within assigned accounts.
• Formulate detailed territory, account, and customer plans to meet objectives.
• Foster relationships across institutions.
• Navigate challenges to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and priority customers.
• Evaluate the needs of target physicians and accounts, addressing them with suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate in a matrix environment, utilizing multiple resources to satisfy customer needs and achieve results.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with over 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with more than 10 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or a minimum of 4 years of prior Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience working with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven track record of success and achievements in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Outstanding ability to learn and effectively communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse customer base.
• High level of business acumen demonstrated.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and adaptable to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• 3-5 years of experience in Oncology sales.
• Familiarity with the Hematology Therapeutic Area.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree is an advantage.
• Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Strong understanding of disease states, therapeutic areas, and relevant products.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable customers and markets.
• Skills in strategic account selling and management.
• Competence in comprehensive territory/account/customer planning.
• Ability to thrive in a matrix environment and leverage multiple resources.
• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
