This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Promote Pfizer’s product range to healthcare providers and specialists.
• Educate members of the healthcare community on the correct use of Pfizer products.
• Interact with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences with Pfizer products and improve overall patient care quality.
• Strengthen Pfizer’s brand among high-value target customers by aligning account/business landscape assessments with knowledge of Pfizer products and resources.
• Advocate for a diverse portfolio of products.
• Utilize expertise in disease states, therapeutic areas, products, customers, and markets.
• Stimulate demand for Pfizer products within designated accounts.
• Create comprehensive territory, account, and customer strategies to meet objectives.
• Foster relationships across institutions.
• Navigate challenges to access hard-to-reach healthcare providers and customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and establish enduring connections with top-priority clients.
• Evaluate the needs of target physicians/accounts and address them with tailored skills and appropriate resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Operate within a matrix environment and utilize multiple resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• Rapidly adapt to new working methods in a fast-evolving environment.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience or a minimum of 4 years of previous Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience collaborating with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven track record of success and achievement in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Excellent capacity for learning and the ability to convey technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse range of customers.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Proficient in using complex digital applications and able to adapt to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• 3-5 years of experience in Oncology sales.
• Background in the Hematology Therapeutic Area.
• Master’s Degree.
• Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree.
• Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this role now or in the future.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
