This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Promote Pfizer’s range of products to healthcare professionals and specialists.
• Provide education to members of the healthcare community on the proper use of Pfizer offerings.
• Engage with accounts and organized customers to enhance patient experiences with Pfizer products and elevate the overall quality of patient care.
• Strengthen Pfizer’s brand presence among high-value target customers.
• Connect insightful evaluations of accounts and business environments with a deep understanding of Pfizer’s products and resources.
• Advocate for a diverse array of products.
• Generate demand for Pfizer products within designated accounts.
• Formulate detailed territory, account, and customer plans to meet objectives.
• Sustain relationships across institutions.
• Navigate obstacles to access challenging healthcare providers and customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and forge lasting connections with priority customers.
• Evaluate the needs of target physicians and accounts, addressing them with tailored approaches, targeted skills, and suitable resources.
• Engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate in a matrix environment, utilizing various resources to fulfill customer needs and achieve results.
• Cover a territory that includes Detroit, Ann Arbor south to the Ohio border, and west to Battle Creek.
• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution, OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience, OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and stay overnight as required.
• Valid US driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citations within the past 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• At least 4 years of prior Pharmaceutical Sales experience, OR a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Oncology Healthcare Professional (HCP) working with key Oncology thought leaders or influential customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
• Proven success and achievement in previous Pharmaceutical Sales or Healthcare Professional (HCP) roles.
• Exceptional learning aptitude and the ability to convey technical and scientific product and disease management information to a diverse audience.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Proficiency in using sophisticated digital applications and the ability to adapt to Pfizer’s long-term technology model.
• 3-5 years of experience in Oncology sales is preferred.
• Experience in the Hematology Therapeutic Area is preferred.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree is preferred.
• Experience engaging with institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders is preferred.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• This role requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
